In January this year I started cold water therapy with Jefferson and Primal workouts.
It had been over two years since I had done any exercise or training like I used to do regularly, until my world was turned upside down with family and friends passing. This all had a huge effect on me, mentally, emotionally and physically. I completed two 6 week courses back to back, and lost over 3 stone,
and after a short break I am excited to be starting the next Rejuvenate programme and looking forward to more positive results.
