Booking Confirmation: All bookings made with In.flux Experience are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified by our reservation team. Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email containing detailed information about your booking, including dates, location, and any specific instructions or requirements. It is crucial to review this information carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable retreat experience.
Payment and Cancellation Policy: Full payment or a specified deposit is required to secure your booking. Any outstanding balance must be settled before the start of the retreat. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and cancellations may be necessary. However, cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date may result in a partial or complete forfeiture of payment, depending on the circumstances and the discretion of In.flux Experience management. We recommend reviewing our cancellation policy carefully before booking to avoid any misunderstandings or disappointments.
Health and Medical Considerations: Your health and safety are paramount to us. Participants are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation in the retreat. While we strive to accommodate special requests, it is ultimately the participant's responsibility to ensure that they are physically and mentally fit to partake in the activities offered. If you have any concerns about your ability to participate fully, we recommend consulting with a medical professional before booking your retreat.
Liability and Waiver: Participation in activities and the use of facilities at In.flux Experience are undertaken at the participant's own risk. In.flux Experience and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience sustained during the retreat. Participants may be required to sign a waiver releasing In.flux Experience from any liability arising from participation in activities. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants and take every precaution to minimize risks during our retreats.
Behaviour and Conduct: In.flux Experience is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all participants. We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a manner that is considerate of others and conducive to a positive group dynamic. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any actions deemed inappropriate by management may result in immediate expulsion from the retreat without refund. We value diversity, inclusivity, and mutual respect, and we ask that all participants adhere to these principles throughout their time with us.
Changes and Amendments: In.flux Experience reserves the right to make changes to retreat itineraries, accommodations, or other arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. While we make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary, we may need to adjust our plans occasionally to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible, and we will work closely with you to minimize any disruptions to your retreat experience.
Intellectual Property: All materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and other resources provided during the retreat, are the intellectual property of Influx Retreats. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for commercial purposes without prior consent. We invest significant time and resources into developing our retreat programs and educational materials, and we appreciate your respect for our intellectual property rights.
Privacy Policy: In.flux Experience respects the privacy of its participants and adheres to all applicable data protection laws. Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled securely and used solely for the purpose of facilitating the retreat experience. We collect only the information necessary to process your booking and provide you with the services you request. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
Cold Water Dipping Guide:

Always:
Acclimatize gradually. Enter the water slowly and allow your breathing to regulate before proceeding.

Heed your body's signals to exit the water while you still feel comfortable. Recognizing early signs of cold (e.g., claw-like hands, cold back, numb jaw) is crucial for safe participation.
Consider wearing earplugs to prevent cold water-induced dizziness and nausea.
Prioritize warming up immediately after exiting the water, with ample layers prepared in advance for efficient dressing.

Never:
Participate if unwell, after consuming alcohol, or if you have a respiratory illness.
Forget essential medication, such as an asthma inhaler.
Dive or jump into the water, which can shock your system.
Cold water immersion is not recommended for individuals with specific health conditions, including but not limited to heart issues, high blood pressure, migraines, blood vessel disorders, cold urticaria, pregnancy (unless cleared by a doctor), mental health crises, drug or alcohol influence, or history of significant neurological conditions. Consultation with a healthcare professional is advised before engaging in cold water activities, especially for those with pre-existing conditions or on medication.

By booking with InFlux Outdoors Ltd, you agree to the terms outlined, acknowledging the inherent risks of cold water dipping, including the potential for personal injury, death, and property loss. You agree to waive all claims against InFlux Outdoors Ltd and associated parties for any injuries or losses sustained.

Participation is at your own risk, and you are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines provided by InFlux Outdoors Ltd.
Non-compliance with safety measures may lead to removal from the workshop without a refund.
