Over the course of three full days and two half days, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and renewal, guided by experienced facilitators who will help you shed fears and embrace the freedom that comes with letting go. From immersive breathwork sessions to silent barefoot hikes that deepen your mindfulness, every moment is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.

This retreat is not just a getaway; it’s an all round experience that weaves together the power of mindfulness, movement, and connection.

You’ll engage in transformative workshops that challenge and inspire you, releasing old patterns and making space for new growth. A typical day at the retreat:

Movement activities:

  • Bootcamp workouts, yoga, lake side jogs & guided hikes.​

Evening activities:

  • Campfire reflections, games, yoga nidra and sound baths

Additional Information:

  • Meals are home-cooked, nutritious and tailored to support your wellness journey.

  • Dietary requirements accommodated (please specify during booking).

  • Attendees are responsible for their own travel to and from the retreat venue.

  • Spaces are limited to 10 guests to ensure a personalised experience.

Welcome to the Summer room.

Large bedroom with ensuite, perfect for a couple or single stay. 

It has its own access to the garden, lake views and  beautiful natural light.

Double occupancy: £850pp

Single occupancy: £1,250 

FAQs

How do I pay?

We'll send you a link to pay your £300 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, the rest to paid in 30 days before. You can of course pay in full from the beginning. Get in touch for payment plans.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable workout and walking clothes, swimwear, spare towel, warm layers, backpack and journal.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Attend solo and leave with lasting connections!

Can I opt out of activities?

All activities are optional and the retreat is designed to meet you where you are but we encourage you use this time you pay for to maximise the benefits of this retreat - physically and mentally!
